All the fire, water debris and personnel contents in units 101 through 116 on the first floor, 201 through 216 on the second floor and 301 through 316 on the third floor has been removed.
A masonry contractor repaired all broken and missing blocks, bricks, window sills, rebuilt one chimney, repaired all the other chimneys and rebuilt one elevator shaft.
Roof reconstruction has been completed. A new cupola has been approved and will be installed this spring.
The building is now winterized. Plumbers drained all remaining water from the hot and cold water lines. All openings have been sealed until the new windows are delivered and installed. Temporary heat has been added to the building.

complete set of architectural and engineering drawings have been submitted to
the City of
