The annual meeting of the Heritage House Condominium Association will be held on Thursday February 8th 2007 at 7:00 pm.   The meeting will take place at the Rocky River Civic center 

Business to be discussed :

1)    Election of 3 members to serve on the board of directors for a 2 year term--if interested please notify current directors by January 24, 2007 and mail your interest to:

2)    Transact any other business that may be properly brought up before the meeting

3)    Discuss the progress of the building reconstruction

Please arrive in time to sign the register and receive the ballot prior to the start of the meeting. If you are unable to attend please find a proxy and return it by January 29, 2007

Copies of the 2007 budget and 2006 financial statements will be available at the meeting
