NOTICE OF OWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING

A meeting of the Heritage House Condominium Association has been scheduled for Thursday, May 31 at 7:00 p.m. in the Rocky River Civic Center located behind Rocky River City Hall, corner of Wagar Road and Hilliard Boulevard.

Business to be discussed:

1. Progress on the building reconstruction
2. 2007 budget revision
3. Progress on loan for the assessment to cover costs of mandated building upgrades
4. Concerns of owners raised in written communication to the Board of Managers
5. Any other business that may be properly brought up before the meeting

Representatives from Kaman & Cusimano, the Association’s legal counsel, J. H. Moorhead & Associates, Inc., the Association’s certified public adjuster, and the City of Rocky River will be present to offer information and answer questions.
