Rocky River boasts ten city parks that offer baseball fields, football fields, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and pavilions in addition to a state-of -the-art-recreation center and a nationally accredited senior center.

Don Umerley Civic Center Is Open And Waiting For You! Rocky River's recreation center offers a vast array of classes, programs and activities for every age, in addition to a pool/aquatic center, gym, track and a Fitness center that has an assortment of workout and weight equipment. The Fitness Center has 2 large Aerobics/Fitness rooms and a Cycling Room. The front desk can be reached at 440-895-2599 and select option "0". In addition to all of the recreational activities, we also have an Indoor Playground, Multi-Purpose Room And Kids Cove Baby Sitting Room.
Memberships Are Available for anyone interested. Fees Depend On Type And Size Of Membership.

Monday-Thursday 5:30 AM - 9:00 PM ~ Pool closes at 8:30 PM
Friday 5:30 AM - 8:00 PM ~ Pool closes at 7:30 PM
Saturday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM ~ Pool closes at 4:30 PM
Sunday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM ~ Pool closes at 3:30 PM
